In Genesis 49, Jacob gives his farewell speech. He blesses his children and tells them by prophecy what lies ahead for each of their respective families. Some of his children are greatly rewarded and others are left with abundant quantities of shame. I see in this chapter a picture of what the judgement seat of Christ may be like for God’s children one day.
