One of two ordinances given by God to the local church is that of the Lord’s Supper. Also commonly referred to as communion or the Lord’ Table, the Lord’s Supper is a special ordinance which the Lord Himself gave to His church. It is rich in symbolism and meaning and thus its observance was commanded by Christ on the night which He was betrayed by Judas Iscariot.
This event is both a time of thankfulness for the price which Christ has paid, and a time of excited anticipation of His imminent return.
We will be observing the Lord’s Supper as part of our Sunday morning service on November 7, 2021. The service will be at 10:15 a.m.
We will take an offering for our benevolence fund to be used to help those in need. Please come prepared to be generous.
